Specialist Medical Advice
If you need the opinion of a Specialist in Pediatrics, Gynecology, Cardiology, Orthopedics or Psychology to assess your health, you can contact us by phone at our National Number, Service Point in the affiliated pharmacies or by contacting via chat on the Application or on the site, the dipartiemtno dedicated to you, and medical specialists will intervene promptly.
Second Medical Opinion
If, following a diagnostic or therapeutic doubt, you would like to deepen your health situation with a second medical evaluation, you will be able to avail yourself of the experience of a network of National and International Medical Specialists and Clinical Centers. SENDING OF A DOCTOR OR AN HOME AMPLOYMENT AT HOME If your health condition requires it and your GP is unavailable, you can request a visit from a home doctor or an ambulance transfer to the nearest Medical Center.
House Assistance
A program that grants you qualified assistance at home to help you in small and large daily difficulties after a surgery or injury. You will have at your arranging different Services to create a personalized assistance program:
- Non-medical services: sending service personnel to carry out activities related to the daily family life, such as payments, purchases, administrative duties, family collaboration, minor surveillance;
- Health services: sending home health professional staff.
Diary for Surgical Intervention
In the case of hospitalization with surgery, made necessary by accident, illness, delivery by caesarean section, you will dispose of a fixed amount and lump sum according to the severity of the intervention. The amount paid for each intervention is clearly indicated in the Policy.
Diary for Accident
In the event of an accident, which occurs during work or during leisure time, you will be paid a fixed amount and lump sum according to the severity of the accident. The amount paid for each accident is clearly indicated in the Policy. There remains no possible damage compensation procedure obtainable in agreement with Pharmamedic.
Diary for Recovery
In case of hospitalization due to an accident or illness that did not involve surgery, you will be paid a daily amount of € 100.00 (one hundred euros) for each day of hospitalization.
